The role involves coordinating quality controls, managing quality documentation, and supporting audits according to automotive requirements such as IATF 16949 and VDA standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with production, engineering, and customer teams to maintain product conformity and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nMain Missions :\nEnsure the proper function of the manufacturing process according to the quality standards.\nSupervise the products quality and materials.\nSupervise the implementation of customer requirements and monitors their fulfillment.\nHandling customer complaints, presenting an 8D report to the customer based on 5 whys analysis and Ishikawa.\nGood skills for CORE Tools (APQP, MSA, SPC, Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP).\nCarrying out the part approval process (PPAP) according to VDA2 and AIAG norms.\nReporting and supervision of key indicators (KPIs) and activities to improve key indicators.\nGood communication and teamwork competences.\nMaintaining order and tidiness at the workplace in accordance with the 5S principles.\nExperience in the team management.\nUnderstand the applicable IATF 16949 requirements and VDA 6.3 process audit.\nTo be successful for this role :\nEngineering degree \nMore than 3 years of Experience in automotive Industry in a similar position\nMaster of Quality core Tools\nKnowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, 19011\nSAP knowledge or similar ERP system is appreciated\nGood knowledge of in Office tools (Excel) \nStrong organizational skills\nGood analytical vision.\nLanguage Skills:\nGood communication skills in both French and English is required\nWhy Lear\nWe offer a fantastic place to work that embraces diversity, opportunities for growth and the chance to be part of a company that puts its people first.\nWork Location :\nMenzel Bourguiba, Bizerte (TCS Plant)\nLear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace.\nApplicants must submit their resumes for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
