A better future?\nResponsibilities\nEstablish direct contact with customer-site resident quality representatives to identify solutions for customer-reported quality issues.\nEnsure that quality issues are properly communicated to the plant.\nParticipate in the preparation and review of Control Plans and PFMEA.\nLead problem-solving meetings by appointing members of the multidisciplinary team.\nImplement, support, and monitor quality procedures.\nOrganize awareness and training activities related to quality issues.\nPlan internal audits and define and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.\nRaise awareness among operators and concerned personnel regarding the importance of complying with quality management practices.\nParticipate in Quality Improvement Plan projects.\nReceive and manage customer complaint files according to customer requirements (8D methodology).\nSupport Production and Engineering teams in root cause analysis and action plan development.\nFollow up on corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.\nConduct daily line quality meetings.\nHandle internal non-conformities and validate implemented action plans.\nMonitor quality indicators such as LMQM, RPPM, DPPM, and WC.\nManage and update visual communication boards on the relevant production lines.\nServe as the interface with the customer site and support the Resident Engineer.\nComply with health and safety regulations according to the seven key elements.\nExperience Requirements\nMaster’s degree (Bac+5), Engineer diploma, or equivalent qualification, with preferably experience in the automotive industry.\nGood knowledge of Quality Core Tools, problem-solving methodologies, and Control Plan development and implementation.\nProficient in both French and English.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
