A better future?\nJob Description\nJob location: Inđija\nContract type: fixed-term (maternity cover)\nPosition overview: Responsible for ensuring that all quality standards and customer requirements within production are met. This includes resolving quality claims, supporting quality processes, and driving improvements of quality KPIs across manufacturing operations.\nResponsibilities\nDaily tracking of quality KPIs and participating in preparing and implementing action plans for its improvement\nPreparation of reports related to errors and nonconformities on a weekly basis (Pareto Chart)\nWorking in Lear and Customer portals and software for quality tracking\nSupporting quality inspectors in their daily tasks\nValidation of lines and approval of production line readiness\nParticipating in audits\nSupporting PFMEA and Control plan activities\nContributing to continuous improvement of production processes\nRequirements\nUniversity degree, preferably in quality area or technical sciences\nPrevious experience in quality in automotive or similar industry minimum 3 years\nGood knowledge and practical experience in using quality tools\nFluency in English & Serbian\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office package\nDesired knowledge of IATF 16949 and other automotive standards\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
