A better future?\nAbout the role:\nWe are looking for a hands-on IT Support Supervisor to lead IT operations in a manufacturing environment. You will supervise a small IT team while ensuring the availability, security, and performance of infrastructure, production systems, QAD ERP, MES, and shopfloor technologies. This role combines technical leadership, ISMS ownership, operational support, and project delivery.\nResponsibilities:\nTeam Leadership\nLead and develop a team of 3 IT Operators and 1 Trainee.\nManage priorities, escalations, workload, and support coverage.\nCoordinate vendors, purchasing approvals, overtime, and vacations.\nMonitor KPIs, analyze downtime, and drive continuous improvement.\nAct as the primary IT contact for plant operations.\nSecurity, ISMS & Compliance\nOwn and operate the site's ISMS.\nPerform access reviews, log monitoring, audits, and digital signature management.\nEnsure compliance with TISAX, NIS2, SOX, and corporate security standards.\nAdminister Forescout NAC, 802.1X, Intune, BitLocker, endpoint protection, CCTV, and RFID systems.\nMaintain audit readiness and drive remediation activities.\nManufacturing Systems Support\nSupport QAD ERP, MES, and other production-critical applications.\nEnsure production readiness and rapid incident resolution.\nSupport customer portals, JIT processes, shopfloor terminals, Andon systems, scanners, and label printing.\nWork closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime.\nInfrastructure & Network Administration\nAdminister Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft 365, and SQL Server.\nManage backups, patching, disaster recovery, and virtualization environments.\nSupport Cisco networking, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, and SD-WAN connectivity.\nOversee endpoint lifecycle management, SCCM/Intune, mobile devices, and printers.\nProjects & Automation\nLead infrastructure, security, and manufacturing IT projects.\nSupport server migrations, network upgrades, segmentation, and firewall deployments.\nDevelop automation using PowerShell and scripting tools.\nMaintain monitoring, documentation, and operational procedures.\nRequirements:\nRequired\n5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or manufacturing IT support.\nManufacturing experience required; automotive experience preferred.\nExperience leading, supervising, or mentoring technical staff.\nSolid knowledge of:\nWindows Server & Active Directory\nVMware vSphere/ESXi\nMicrosoft 365\nSQL Server\nCisco networking, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls\nExperience supporting ERP and MES platforms.\nWorking knowledge of ISMS and security compliance processes.\nExperience with PowerShell automation and scripting.\nFluent English & Hungarian, written and spoken.\nPreferred\nExperience with TISAX, NIS2, and SOX compliance frameworks.\nExperience with Forescout NAC, Intune, BitLocker, and endpoint security.\nFamiliarity with ITIL service management practices.\nITIL Foundation certification.\nWe offer:\nCompetitive salary and benefits package including cafeteria.\nOpportunities for professional development.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
