The most important element of our commercial policy is excellent quality, which has made our company one of the most respected suppliers in the automotive industry.\nFor our location in Kecskemét we are looking for experienced Supplier Quality Engineer.\nResponsibilities\nAs Supplier Quality Engineer you will be responsible for:\nSupplier Audits and Evaluations - Conduct regular audits of new and existing suppliers, assess their capabilities, and evaluate their performance based on KPIs\n Quality Assurance - Monitor supplier quality management systems and ensure compliance with required automotive and industrial standards (e.g., VDA6.3, ISO 9001, IATF 16949)\n Complaint Management (8D Reports) - Initiate and manage quality complaints related to supplied materials, perform root cause analysis, and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions\n New Product Introduction (APQP, PPAP) - Actively participate in new product introduction processes and approve and monitor supplier sampling activities (PPAP / FAI)\nLeading Improvement Projects - Develop underperforming suppliers and optimize their processes to reduce defect rates and improve overall quality performance\nCross-Functional Collaboration - Maintain close cooperation with internal departments including Purchasing, Quality, Production, and Logistics\nYour Profile\nBachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or technical field\nMinimum 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in the automotive or electronics industry), ideally in Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE)\nExperience in seat manufacturing and/or leather production is considered an advantage\nFluent English, both written and spoken, due to daily communication with international suppliers.
