We’re Lear For You\nResponsibilities:\nManage the supplier components qualification for new projects\nManage supplier quality activities from prototype to serial phase in given projects\nPerform technical analysis and root cause analyses\nCoordinate daily activities with other SQA engineers and project cross functional team\nSupport supplier’s industrialization and validation processes\nPerform preventive audits\nEnsure the quality goals of suppliers are met to improve customer satisfaction and reduce quality costs\nMonitor and report the supplier's quality performance through the appropriate indicators\nSupport and validate problem resolution actions in serial production and also in new launches\nTo be successful in this Role you must have:\nUniversity degree, technical background is an advantage\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience performing supplier quality role in the automotive industry\nAdvanced level of English.
