With facilities in 39 countries, Lear operates in every major automotive manufacturing region worldwide.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupplier tracking based on the Product Development Process (PEP) / core SCM responsibilities for projects and series production\nConducting supplier commitment discussions (milestones, assumptions)\nIdentification of critical paths, risks and potential (logistics routes, scheduling, capacity management)\nSupplier Monitoring according the Product Development Process (PEP)\nEnsuring achievement of supplier maturity levels\nEscalation and moderation in case of issues regarding supplier product and process maturity\nReview of logistics concepts for potential in packaging and transport routes\nConducting or supporting supplier reviews (depending on project phase) - high risk suppliers\nTooling tracking and Identification of potential in timing within Tier 2+x (prototype and series production tools)\nSupport and planning of Supplier on-site reviews with Quality, Program Management and Engineering\nInternal contact person for supplier issues, together with the Supplier Quality organization\nRegular communication with the customer (Face of customer for Supplier topics) on working and management level.\nManagement status reporting\nProgram Management support (if needed)\nREQUIRMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS\nFluent English and Slovak language skills.
