You are not just filling a role; you are an architect of growth, tasked with identifying and building the new engines that will propel Thailand's #1 tutoring service into its next chapter. You will operate in a dynamic environment, transforming strategic insights into tangible market opportunities and revenue streams.\nReporting to the Head of Strategy, you will work with a high degree of autonomy, collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and academics. Your work will directly contribute to expanding our market reach and enhancing our value proposition for a new generation of learners. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, piloting new ventures from concept to launch and seeing your ideas come to life on a national scale.\nWhat You'll Drive\n1. Strategic Analysis & Opportunity Identification\nConduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new growth opportunities in the EdTech sector.\nDevelop comprehensive business cases for new ventures, including financial models, feasibility studies, and strategic rationale.\nIdentify and validate at least two new high-potential market opportunities within the first six months.\nPresent data-backed recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.\n2. Partnership Development & Management\nIdentify, engage, and build a strong pipeline of potential strategic partners, from tech startups to established corporations.\nLead the negotiation of partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with OnDemand's strategic goals.\nCultivate and manage long-term relationships with key partners to maximize value and drive collaborative innovation.\nServe as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution of joint initiatives.\n3. Project Execution & Piloting\nOwn the end-to-end execution of new business initiatives, from initial concept through to market launch.\nLead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.\nDesign and launch at least one pilot project within the first year to test new products or business models in a real-world setting.\nDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) for pilots, meticulously tracking progress and reporting on outcomes to validate concepts.\n4. New Venture Incubation & Scaling\nSpearhead the creation of new revenue streams through innovative partnerships and product offerings.\nDevelop the go-to-market strategy for new ventures, including positioning, pricing, and launch plans.\nTake ownership of the initial growth phase of new business lines, with a goal of building a sustainable revenue engine.\nAnalyze the performance of launched ventures and create a strategic roadmap for scaling successful pilots into core offerings.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.\n3-5 years of professional experience in business development, corporate strategy, venture capital, or a similar role, or equivalent demonstrated skill.\nA strong command of business model development, with proven ability to design and evaluate new commercial frameworks.\nA deeply data-driven mindset, with experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decisions and measure impact.\nExcellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives from conception to completion.\nExceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence outcomes.\nNote: The Company may use AI-assisted tools to support data analysis at certain stages of the recruitment process.
