Believing in each learner’s unique, long-term potential, EduSmith tailors every program to individual interests, abilities, and goals.\nJoin us and help students shape their futures.\nWhat You’ll Drive\n Strategic Meeting Support - Assist Strategic Advisors (SAs) in coordinating and attending quarterly strategy meetings (1 hr) and monthly catch-up sessions (30 mins) with students and parents.\nAcademic & Admissions Tracking - Help monitor each student’s academic standing, test prep schedule, and extracurricular progress to ensure alignment with their admissions goals.\nOpportunity Research - Identify and recommend relevant competitions, extracurriculars, and profile-building opportunities tailored to each student’s interests and target universities.\nProject Management - Coach students end-to-end to meet their social impact project milestones alongside expert coaches and NGO partners.\nHomework Monitoring & Guidance - Track student homework progress and provide support, tools, or resources to help them complete assignments effectively.\nTimely Communications - Manage reminders for important deadlines, events, and document submissions to keep students on track.\nDocumentation & Admin Support - Maintain accurate student records and provide administrative support for appointments, student engagement, and overall program logistics.\nOngoing Student Engagement - Act as a key point of contact via Line groups, responding to student queries and supporting SAs between meetings.\nSmooth Program Transition - Coordinate with SAs to ensure students transition smoothly into the university application counseling phase.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in any field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).\nFluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nFamiliarity with university admissions processes and success factors in the US, UK, Canada, and other major study destinations.\nStrong time management, organization, and multitasking skills.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and a student-focused mindset.\nEagerness to learn, adapt, and stay current with trends in international education and admissions.\nNote: The Company may use AI-assisted tools to support data analysis at certain stages of the recruitment process.
