At LSP, we focus on both the happiness and success of our learners-delivering meaningful education that is both personal and future-ready.\nJoin us and shape the next chapter of learning in Thailand.\nWhat You’ll Drive\nPlanning and Activity Management: Plan, design, and manage after-school courses and activities, including special events and activities for children. \nCoordination: Coordinate and provide guidance to parents regarding courses and activities; collaborate with teachers, staff, and relevant internal departments. \nPartner Management: Negotiate and work with external partners to develop and launch new courses or activities, including analyzing and comparing costs and proposals. \nInternal Administration: Oversee accounting related to courses and activities, manage budgets, and serve as an advisor for the team's planning efforts. \nMulti-tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s Degree or higher in Management, Business Administration, or related fields. \nAt least 1 year of experience in managing school Extra Curricular Activities (ECA). \nGood proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English. \nProficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Canva.\nNote: The Company may use AI-assisted tools to support data analysis at certain stages of the recruitment process.
