Leveraging the LearnLux digital experience you will work directly with employees to provide them with unbiased, holistic financial guidance. Your extensive financial experience and client-first approach will help employees prepare for and accomplish their personal and financial goals. \nThis role is 100% remote within the US and reports to the Director of Financial Planning.\nWhat you’ll do\nMust be available to work various shifts from 8 AM - 11 PM ET Monday through Friday with a typical expectation, but not guarantee, of 5-15 hours per week\nMeet and engage with clients remotely over video, chat and email to give guidance on topics like budgeting, student loans, retirement readiness, equity compensation, debt management and more\nAdvise on the LearnLux methodology to improve and respond to the changing financial environment\nParticipate in monthly team meetings to bring your subject matter expertise to improve the LearnLux digital experience\nBecome an expert on our client’s benefit plans so you can act as an extension of their team during open enrollment\nYou should bring\nCFP® designation required\nPassion for educating individuals to take control and invest in their financial future\nHave the ability to perform several tasks concurrently, to prioritize work, and to take direction from multiple team members\nCan demonstrate ability to take initiative and execute\nExperience in multiple areas of personal Finance: Retirement, Equity Compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, Student Loans, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, insurance and more\nIt would be great if you also\nCPA, Enrolled Agent, or similar\nCertification in Credit Counseling\nAdditional Certifications\nStartup and/or Fintech experience\nBi-lingual (Spanish)\nExperience creating presentations and presenting to large audiences virtually or in-person\nAvailability to work occasional evenings and Saturday\nAbility to occasionally travel to on-site events\nLearnLux is a fit for you if you\nThrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy building in moments of change.
