Leveraging the LearnLux digital experience, you'll work directly with employees based in Germany to provide unbiased, holistic financial guidance, with a strong focus on high-net-worth clients navigating complex wealth. Your extensive financial experience and client-first approach will help these clients protect, grow, and plan around significant assets, while still serving the full range of employees we support across income levels.\nThis is a fully remote role reporting to our Global Planning Manager.\nKey Responsibilities\nMeet and engage with clients remotely over video, chat, and email to give guidance on topics like budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation, and more\nAdvise high-net-worth (HNW) clients on complex topics like concentrated stock positions, cross-border tax exposure, and wealth transfer planning\nAdvise on and adapt the LearnLux methodology to financial planning topics relevant in Germany\nParticipate in regular team meetings to bring your subject matter expertise to improve the LearnLux digital experience\nBecome an expert on our client's benefit plans so you can act as an extension of their team during benefits enrollment\nWork with our content team to create outlines, review lessons, and approve content created for the LearnLux digital platform\nLead engagement campaigns for our employer partners like digital webinars and occasional on-site events\nYou Should Have\nAn active financial planning/advisory designation\nFluent English and German, written and spoken\nDemonstrated experience advising high net worth clients, including on concentrated equity positions and complex financial situations\nPassion for educating individuals to take control and invest in their financial future\nHave the ability to perform several tasks concurrently, to prioritize work, and to take direction from multiple team members\nExperience in multiple areas of personal finance: Retirement, equity compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, cash flow planning, estate planning, insurance, and more\nNice to haves\nFluency in other European languages\nPrior experience serving high net worth at a private bank, family office, or wealth management firm\nStartup and/or Fintech experience\nExperience creating presentations and presenting to large audiences\nClosing\nLearnLux strives to be an inclusive workplace and values learning from and engaging across different perspectives.
