The ideal candidate will ensure efficient HR processes, maintain accurate employee records, support managers and employees, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace. Previous experience working with the CA, US market is preferred, along with a good understanding of relevant HR practices and employment regulations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nHR Operations & Compliance:Manage daily HR activities, maintain employee records and documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.\nRecruitment & Onboarding:Coordinate the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and interview scheduling to selection, onboarding, and employee integration.\nEmployee Relations:Address employee questions and concerns, support conflict resolution, and maintain professional and constructive employee relationships.\nPerformance & Development:Coordinate performance reviews, feedback processes, training programs, and employee development initiatives.\nPayroll & Benefits Administration:Maintain accurate payroll-related data, attendance, leave, compensation, and benefits records, coordinating with Finance or external providers as needed.\nEmployee Engagement & Retention:Support initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, collaboration, well-being, and retention.\nHR Reporting & Process Improvement:Prepare HR reports, monitor key metrics, and identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.\nInternal Collaboration:Work closely with employees, managers, leadership, Finance, and other teams to ensure effective HR service delivery.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.\nPrevious experience in HR, recruitment, HR administration, or employee relations.\nKnowledge of US HR practices, employment policies, and compliance requirements.\nExperience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administration.\nFamiliarity with HR systems, recruitment technology, and digital tools.\nProficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and other administrative tools.\nStrong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.\nTech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable learning and using new systems and technologies.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively across teams.\nA proactive approach, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to continuous improvement.\nPreferred:Experience working in a growing company or a fast-paced professional
