The ideal candidate will ensure efficient HR processes, maintain accurate records, support managers and employees, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace.\nKey Responsibilities\nHR Operations & Compliance: Manage daily HR activities, maintain employee records and documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.\nRecruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and interview scheduling to selection, onboarding, and employee integration.\nEmployee Relations: Address employee questions and concerns, support conflict resolution, and maintain professional, confidential, and constructive employee relationships.\nPerformance & Development: Coordinate performance reviews, feedback processes, training programs, and employee development initiatives.\nPayroll & Benefits Administration: Maintain accurate payroll-related data, attendance, leave, compensation, and benefits records, coordinating with Finance or external providers as needed.\nEmployee Engagement & Retention: Support initiatives that strengthen employee satisfaction, collaboration, well-being, and retention while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.\nHR Reporting & Process Improvement: Prepare HR reports, monitor key metrics, identify process improvements, and support management with workforce-related information and initiatives.\nInternal Collaboration: Work closely with employees, managers, leadership, Finance, and other teams to ensure consistent communication and effective HR service delivery.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.\nPrevious experience in HR, recruitment, HR administration, or employee relations.\nKnowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR policies, and employment compliance.\nExperience with HR administration, including employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, or benefits.\nFamiliarity with HR systems;
