Our technology stack includes AI-driven lead generation and automated follow-up, a CRM, and institutional-grade financial reporting. This role can be full-time or part-time. If you deliver, the compensation reflects it.

What you will do:

• Fill beds at premium private-pay rates.
• Build referral relationships.
• Manage the prospect pipeline from inquiry to move-in.
• Protect rate integrity.
• Drive local digital presence.
• Coordinate with leadership on paid campaigns and brand consistency.
• Plan and execute community outreach events.
• Report weekly on pipeline metrics.
