You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, define priorities, and deliver products and features that create meaningful value for our customers and support our business goals. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking, customer insight, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDefine and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.\nUnderstand customer needs through user feedback, data, market research, and collaboration with internal teams.\nGather, evaluate, and prioritize product requirements and opportunities.\nTranslate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.\nManage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, effort, and technical considerations.\nWork closely with Engineering and Design throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery and planning to delivery and iteration.\nAnalyze market trends, competitive products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.\nDefine, monitor, and communicate key product metrics and KPIs.\nUse data and customer insights to evaluate product performance and guide product decisions.\nCollaborate with Marketing and Sales on product launches, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.\nCommunicate product priorities, plans, decisions, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.\nAct as a key link between business stakeholders, customers, and the Product Team.\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and overall product performance.\nRequirements:\n4+ years of experience in Product Management or a related product-focused role.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nProven experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and business teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.\nStrong prioritization and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance competing needs and constraints.\nExperience working with product management and project tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.\nExperience working with product metrics, analytics, and data to measure outcomes and inform decisions.\nStrong customer focus and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working in EdTech, SaaS, e-commerce, or other digital products.\nExperience working on products that serve both individual customers and businesses.\nFamiliarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered product development.\nExperience with product analytics and experimentation.\nExperience conducting customer interviews, usability testing, or other product discovery
