This role is responsible for guiding Agile teams, facilitating effective delivery practices, removing impediments, and supporting continuous improvement.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, with a solid understanding of Scrum values, principles, and practices. Candidates with strong Kanban and Agile delivery experience will also be considered, particularly those with experience coaching teams, managing workflow, and driving continuous improvement.\nWorking closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, Account Managers, and internal stakeholders, the Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead will help ensure effective planning, collaboration, transparency, and successful delivery.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nServe as a servant leader and Agile coach, supporting teams in applying Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.\nSupport Kanban teams with workflow management, prioritization, reviews, and continuous improvement.\nCoach and mentor development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile practices and ways of working.\nHelp teams become self-organizing, accountable, collaborative, and high-performing.\nIdentify and remove impediments, blockers, risks, and dependencies impacting delivery.\nFacilitate effective decision-making, collaboration, and conflict resolution.\nPartner with Product Owners on backlog management, prioritization, refinement, and delivery planning.\nMonitor team progress and performance using relevant Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, throughput, and predictability.\nDrive continuous improvement through retrospectives, Agile experiments, and process improvements.\nSupport product demonstrations, testing activities, and other delivery-related events.\nProvide stakeholders with clear updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.\nMaintain accurate team and project information in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.\n5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role.\nStrong hands-on experience with Scrum and a solid understanding of Agile principles and practices.\nStrong working knowledge of Scrum and/or Kanban.\nProven experience coaching and mentoring cross-functional, self-organizing teams.\nExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies, workshops, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.\nDemonstrated ability to remove impediments and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to influence and coach without relying on formal authority.\nStrong organizational skills, accountability, and commitment to delivery.\nExperience working with remote or distributed teams is preferred.\nProficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\n Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through Scrum Alliance or equivalent Scrum certification such as PSM.\nSAFe certification or experience in a scaled Agile environment.\nStrong Kanban experience, including flow management, WIP limits, cycle time, and throughput.\nExperience working with both Scrum and Kanban teams.\nExperience coaching Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership.\nExperience in software development, technology, SaaS, or product organizations.\nWhat
