Working alongside Product Management, you will play a critical role in crafting seamless user experiences, balancing strategic thinking and concept building to align user needs directly with LearnUpon's business objectives. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data, and CX teams from discovery to delivery. Ultimately, your work will shape feature roadmaps, drive the execution of scalable solutions, and continuously evolve our product and design processes.\nAbout the Opportunity\nAs a product designer reporting to the Product Design Manager, you will work alongside a pool of talented designers from varies seniorities. You will attend different design syncs and workshops to check in work quality, design system evolution and processes improvements. \nIn addition, you’ll be responsible for:\nDesign and deliver end-to-end UX/UI solutions, ensuring usability, consistency, and accessibility.\nWork closely with product manager, and engineers to define and solve design challenges and ensuring priorities are aligned.\nUse AI-assisted design tools to create prototypes, perform research synthesis, and improve the design-to-development handoff.\nFollow our product design principles and foster a culture of design excellence within the team and the wider organization.\nConduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.\nHelp to prioritize features based on user research and data.\nDevelop and maintain design system components to enhance efficiency and scalability.\nAdvocate for accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.1 & 2.2.\nInfluence roadmap and lead design projects at different altitudes while ensuring high-quality outcomes.\nLead with curiosity and develop an environment of continuous improvement within the design team. \nSkills & Experience \nMust-Haves \n2-4 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field.\nProficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Miro, etc).\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted design workflows (e.g., rapid prototyping, generative exploration, research synthesis) and a willingness to bring them into day-to-day design work.\nStrong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.\nExperience conducting user research and usability testing to validate design choices.\nAbility to justify design decisions using research insights, business needs, and technical feasibility.\nStrong collaboration skills, working effectively with product managers, engineers, other designers and department stakeholders.\nKnowledge of accessibility (WCAG 2.1 & 2.2) and inclusive design principles.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, articulating design ideas clearly.\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience working in a B2B SaaS, learning apps, or platform environment.\nExposure to AI-driven design, personalization strategies, or analytics tools.\nHands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, V0 and Codex.\nBasic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with engineers.\nExperience in facilitating workshops and
