By driving cross-functional alignment, eliminating friction, and leveraging data-driven insights, we enable every team to execute with speed, precision, and efficiency to achieve our most ambitious business goals.\nAbout the Opportunity\nAs our Strategic Project Manager reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that drive LearnUpon’s growth, operational scale, and customer value. In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue between executive strategy and tactical execution, partnering with global teams to turn high-level vision into delivered business results.\nIn addition, you'll be responsible for:\nStrategic Translation: Partner with the executive leadership team to convert high-level strategic priorities into structured roadmaps, scopes, and execution plans.\nDelivery & Governance: Establish delivery milestones, accountability systems, and tracking mechanisms to ensure global teams hit critical path deadlines.\nStakeholder Management: Drive cross-departmental communication and executive visibility, keeping teams focused, informed, and unblocked across project lifecycles.\nRisk Mitigation: Proactively anticipate bottlenecks, resource conflicts, and technical dependencies, implementing practical solutions before delivery is impacted.\nImpact Measurement: Define project-specific KPIs, monitor execution trends, and lead post-launch performance reviews to quantify business ROI.\nOperational Excellence: Identify workflow friction across business units, designing streamlined, repeatable processes that improve operational scale.\nSkills & Experience \nMust-Haves \n2-3+ years of industry experience working in project/program management, management consulting, or a corporate strategy function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nStrong organizational skills and strategic vision with a proven track record of bringing order to ambiguous challenges.\nHigh emotional intelligence with demonstrated success navigating complex environments.\nA strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure ambiguity and drive projects through to execution.\nStrong communications skills and a proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels. \nA calm, programmatic approach to execution when managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and working with different teams across the business.\nResults-focused mindset - you get things done, even when the pressure is on.\nHighly adaptable and comfortable pivoting quickly to maintain momentum in evolving situations.\nA keen eye for detail, and can proactively resolve issues before they become blockers.\nA self-starter mentality - you take ownership, show initiative, and thrive being the go-to person.\nExperience using AI tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiencies.\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience working in a SaaS environment\n*If you don’t tick every box but believe this role is a mutually good fit, please don’t hesitate to apply.
