If so, I have good news, we are looking for a Datacenter Operations Engineer.\nThis is a hardware-focused role for our day-team in Haarlem, providing colocation, bare metal and cloud services.\nWhat is the role about?\nYou will be responsible to assemble, deliver and maintain Datacenter infrastructure (hardware, software and connectivity) of internal and external customers. You will be also responsible for the quality of all technical aspects within the Datacenter Operations team.\nKey responsibilities:\nDeploy and maintain dedicated racks, colocation spaces, and other critical infrastructure.\n\nManage hardware and software updates to ensure optimal performance.\n\nHandle hardware recovery, troubleshooting, and testing.\n\nOversee hardware and spare parts replacements.\n\nResolve technical support tickets and collaborate closely with Level 1 support.\n\nMaintain detailed documentation based on client and company requirements.\n\nSupport projects related to provisioning new infrastructure.\n\nCoordinate with other datacenter teams within Leaseweb to ensure seamless operations.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\nYou have an IT background and you know how a datacenter environments:\nExperience with rack building, maintenance, and cabling.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively both internally with different teams and departments as well as with customers\n\nA problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.\n\nBasic knowledge of networking concepts is a plus.\n\nYou need to be eligible to work in the Netherlands and you have a valid driver license\n\nBenefits include\nThe salary for this position ranges from 34.000 Euros to 41.000 Euros annually (including the holiday allowance), depending on your experience and skills.
