It specializes in systems for vehicle damage assessment, claims management, and data analysis, we are currently looking for: Billing Supervisor.\nJob description:\nDevelop and implement process improvement initiatives\n\nReport revenue and monitor key performance indicators\n\nEnsure accuracy and timeliness of billing\n\nManage team resources and workload allocation\n\nLead the implementation of new tools, solutions, and systems\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, R2R, IT, Financial Systems, AP and others\n\nSupport the monthly closing process\n\nAnalyze and resolve issues related to billing, reporting, and operational processes\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations\n\nProvide ongoing coaching and support to team members\n\nPartner with HR and participate in recruitment processes\n\nAssist the Billing Manager with special projects and strategic initiatives\n\nExpectations:\nSeveral years of experience in finance, including 2-3 years in a supervisory position\nBachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field\nFluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written\nProficiency in invoicing rules, procedures and regulations\nProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel\nExperience with ERP systems is preferred\nOffer:\nEmployment Contact\nHybrid work model- 2 times from office per week\nPrivate medical insurance LuxMed\nSodexo Lunch Card -
