Responsibilities\nLead Critical Client Implementations\nManage the end-to-end delivery of benefits administration platform migrations, including Selerix, Premier Enroll, and other client system transitions.\n\nDrive projects from planning and discovery through implementation, testing, go-live, and post-launch support.\n\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client enrollment schedules and effective dates.\n\nManage Multiple Strategic Projects\nDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.\n\nOversee multiple concurrent projects while balancing priorities and deadlines.\n\nMaintain visibility across active implementations, releases, and strategic initiatives to identify potential risks and resource constraints early.\n\nCollaborate Across Teams\nPartner with stakeholders across Integration, Salesforce, Data & EDI, Account Management, Benefits Communications, and Contact Center teams.\n\nFacilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive-level communications.\n\nBuild alignment and consensus among cross-functional teams and leadership.\n\nDrive Process Excellence\nEstablish and maintain project governance, documentation standards, change control processes, and project best practices.\n\nLead risk identification, issue resolution, and escalation efforts.\n\nManage the Salesforce enhancement and release planning process, including intake, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.\n\nSkills & Experience\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\n5+ years of project management experience.\n\nProven success leading system implementations, technology deployments, or data migration projects.\n\nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a matrixed environment.\n\nStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nSkilled at translating business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.\n\nExperience presenting project updates to clients, leadership teams, and executive stakeholders.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.\n\nAbility to independently manage priorities while influencing teams without direct reporting authority.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in benefits administration, insurance, healthcare, HR technology, or related industries.\n\nKnowledge of Salesforce, CRM platforms, EDI integrations, and carrier data feeds.\n\nFamiliarity with Open Enrollment cycles, employer group benefits administration, and implementation timelines.\n\nPMP, CAPM, ScrumMaster, or similar project management
