Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager
Pyron Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support and serve individuals and families with their personal insurance needs. In this role, you'll become a trusted resource for clients by helping them navigate coverage decisions, policy changes, renewals, and everyday insurance questions.

What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with personal insurance clients
Serve as a primary point of contact for policy servicing and account support
Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other service requests
Review accounts and identify opportunities to improve client protection
Assist clients with coverage questions, billing concerns, and claims support
Work closely with Personal Risk Advisors and carrier partners to deliver excellent service
Maintain accurate documentation and account records
Support retention, account growth, and client satisfaction initiatives
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Insurance experience is helpful but not required
Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain one with agency support
