In this position you will be responsible for the following.\nThis position will provide support to the customer and internal sales staff on all Personal Lines Insurance business. Sales support will consist of developing new accounts, quoting new business coverage, maintaining existing accounts, cross-selling existing accounts, and forwarding submission packages to the appropriate carrier.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nAccurately maintain all customer information in the computer system (AMS360).\n\nKnow the various company products, underwriting requirements, binding authority, policy forms, rating software programs (upload & download), and competitiveness in the marketplace.\n\nSpeaking with customers and company personnel on the phone or in person during office visits and responding to all written correspondence.\n\nDevelop existing accounts by attempting to provide additional coverage on existing policies or adding additional lines of business (cross-sell).\n\nAssist with answering phones and other general office duties as may be required.\n\nJOB REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES:\nProperty and Casualty License\n\nStrong sales skills required\n\nKnowledge of the AMS 360 is a plus\n\nBilingual is a plus\n\n2-3 years Agency experience\n\nExcellent communication skills; verbally and written.\n\nDetail oriented and able to maintain compliance standards.\n\nMust be dependable, provide timely response, and complete of work activities.\n\nTexas Select, a Leavitt affiliate offers a competitive\n$45,000-$50,000 + Commission\n\nHealth Insurance\n\nDental and Vision Insurance\n\n401(k) with matching employer contributions.\n\nHSA and FSA\n\nPaid sick and vacation leave\n\nQualified candidates are encouraged to apply.\nAs a national company, the Leavitt Group is one of the largest privately-held insurance agency brokerage in the nation, with over 280 locations across 32 states.
