oversee.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nAct as an SME for the Salesforce platform.\nUnderstand requirements and provide solution design and development.\nQuickly create POCs based on requirements and demonstrate them to the business.\nProvide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.\nPrepare high-level designs and solution documentation.\nProvide effort estimation for requirements.\nEnsure code and configurations meet business process and application requirements.\nEnsure timely and high-quality delivery.\nManage project risks, issues, delivery tracking, status reporting, and team management.\nApply Salesforce-specific design patterns and best practices.\nImplement best practices for managing large-volume data.\nCollaborate with and manage the team to ensure effective delivery.\nTake ownership of team-level technical decisions.\nEngage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.\nFacilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.\nMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.\nProfessional & Technical Skills\n8–10 years of experience in Salesforce Development projects.\nStrong Solution Architect experience is mandatory.\nProficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.\nStrong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as a Technical Architect.\nExperience driving greenfield implementations with architectural inputs across:\nSalesforce Sales Cloud\nSalesforce Service Cloud\nSalesforce Marketing Cloud\nSalesforce Integrations\nExpert-level understanding of Salesforce products and technologies, including:\nCPQ\nIntegrations\nLightning Web Components (LWC)\nCustomization\nStrong experience implementing Salesforce-specific design patterns.\nExperience implementing best practices for large-volume data and working within Salesforce governor limits.\nSalesforce Application Architect / System Architect certification.\nStrong understanding of application design principles and best practices.\nExperience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.\nAbility to analyze and optimize application performance.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.\nAdditional Requirements\nMinimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud as a Technical Architect.\nStrong experience in solution design and architecture is mandatory.\n15 years of full-time education is
