Objective\n\nTo develop and grow international sales by identifying overseas customers, managing export orders, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales and revenue targets while ensuring smooth and compliant export operations.\n\nJob Description\n\nIdentify and develop new international customers and markets.\n\nMaintain relationships with existing overseas clients.\n\nPrepare and negotiate quotations, prices, contracts, and payment terms.\n\nReceive and follow up on export orders from confirmation through delivery.\n\nCoordinate with production, logistics, finance, Engineering, QA and shipping teams.\n\nPrepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents when necessary, only\n\nMonitor shipments and supply to assist where required in resolving delivery or customer issues.\n\nResearch international markets, competitors, and customer requirements.\n\nFollow company export policies and applicable customs/trade regulations.\n\nPrepare sales reports and monitor monthly/annual export targets including but not limited to sales volume/Margins and revenue/Price or product mix adjustment.\n\nSupport international required sales and marketing activities (Including product portfolio refinement)\n\nWork toward achieving export sales, revenue, and customer-retention targets\n\nRequirements\nAlexandria Resident\n\nBachelor's degree in business, Finance, or any related field\n\nExcellent in English\n\nExcellent in MOS
