Located in St. Joseph, Michigan, LECO continues to be a family-owned company that understands the value of shared interests, long-term stability, loyalty, and trust.\nSchedule:\nFull Time: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday\nPosition Summary:\nThe Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for inspection of purchased and manufactured parts. The responsibilities and authority may vary as quality functions are delegated by the Quality Supervisor.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nIn-process and end-of-line inspection in area(s) of assigned responsibility including one or many of paint/plating, machining, sheet metal, subassembly, electronics, and shipping/receiving.\nReject non-conforming parts\nUse and care of Quality Assurance equipment\nAssist the Calibration Inspector with the calibration duties\nAssure the quality of products within the area of assignment. Stop production and take corrective action to correct any condition that would contribute to poor quality if it can be corrected in an expedient manner.
