With your expertise and attention to detail, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality on-site.\nCome join our True Blue team on site today!\nEssential Responsibilities:\nInspect earthworks & soils (compaction, density, moisture, lift thickness)\nLead concrete inspections with a focus on foundations and pile caps, including formwork, rebar placement and cover, embeds, pre-placement verification, concrete placement, consolidation, curing, and post-placement activities\nInspect grouting and perform dimensional control & tolerance checks\nCoordinate and review third-party testing (compaction testing, concrete testing, etc.)\nVerify work against drawings, specifications, relevant codes, and project requirements\nIdentify non-conformances, initiate reports, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective actions\nMaintain accurate inspection records, test data, and turnover documentation.\nProvide coaching to junior inspectors and support site training\nParticipate in audits and quality improvement initiatives\nQualifications:\nCivil Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Technology Diploma an asset\nDemonstrated technical knowledge of codes and standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practices\n4+ years’ quality coordinator experience in a construction environment is required\nExposure to coordinating inspections of offsite suppliers and subcontractors is essential\nStrong computer background, proficient in Microsoft Office\nStrong communication skills, confident interacting with key contacts in verbal, written and electronic form\nStrong interpersonal skills, a positive and team-oriented approach to work\nWork Conditions:\nThis is a site-based staff position\nLOA, Travel Allowance\n14 7 Shift Rotation\nCompensation\n$70,400.00 - $96,800.00This is the expected base pay range for this role.
