This is a supervisory role focused on crew leadership, planning, and execution.\nJoin the True Blue Ledcor team in Northern Saskatchewan!\nLearn more about working at Ledcor - watch here\nEssential Responsibilities\nLead and supervise crews of Equipment Operators and Labourers performing earthworks activities\nCoordinate daily work activities to achieve production, quality, and schedule targets\nPlan and organize labour, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency\nCommunicate project priorities, work plans, and safety expectations to crew members\nMonitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to plans, specifications, and grade requirements\nPromote and enforce Ledcor's safety culture, policies, and procedures\nConduct toolbox talks, daily safety meetings, and site hazard assessments\nIdentify and resolve operational issues while maintaining productivity and quality standards\nComplete daily reports, production tracking, and other required documentation\nMentor and develop crew members through coaching and leadership\nQualifications\nMinimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, earthworks, mining, or large-scale infrastructure projects\nPrevious supervisory or foreperson experience leading Operators and Labourers\nStrong understanding of earthworks, mass excavation, grading, and site development operations\nExperience interpreting site plans, grades, and construction drawings\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills\nValid Class 5 driver's license with a satisfactory 3-year driver's abstract\nCSTS 2020 Fundamentals certification\nGround Disturbance Level II certification\nFirst Aid certification is considered an asset\nMust successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing\nWork Conditions\n14 days on / 7 days off rotational schedule\nCamp accommodation provided\nTravel allowance and / or flights provided\nRemote northern Saskatchewan project location\nCompetitive wages with weekly pay\nComprehensive benefits provided through CLAC\nWork performed outdoors in varying weather and ground conditions\nAdditional Information\nLedcor Pipeline offers a unique set of pipeline services unmatched anywhere in the oil and gas industry.
