Join the Ledcor team at CNRL Albian, Fort McKay AB!\nEssential Responsibilities\nSafely and efficiently operate CAT 16M and/or 16H graders in a production environment\nPerform rough grading, slope shaping, and general site grading for reclamation\nMaintain proper grades and elevations according to project requirements\nWork alongside equipment operators and site crews to meet production targets\nConduct pre-trip/walk-around inspections and complete daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities\nMaintain heavy equipment in good operating condition and report maintenance requirements or concerns promptly\nInterpret site plans, grade stakes, and digital grade models to ensure work is completed accurately\nCommunicate effectively and professionally with other team members \nAdhere to all Ledcor and project safety policies, procedures, and site requirements\nQualifications\n3+ years’ experience operating CAT 16M and/or 16H graders\nPrevious experience operating graders in active mine or construction environments with heavy haul truck traffic\nStrong understanding of mine-site traffic management, haul road safety, and working around large mobile equipment\nStrong experience with rough grading and large-scale earthworks\nReclamation, mining, or civil construction experience is considered an asset\nAbility to read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, and construction drawings is an asset\nWork Conditions\n14 days on and 7 days off, working 12 hours per day \nCamp accommodations\nTravel allowance provided\nCharter flights from Edmonton and Calgary\nExtended Health & Wellness Benefits provided by CLAC Alberta\nAdditional Information\nLedcor builds and maintains infrastructure in various industries including oil and gas, transportation, and mining.
