# HS&E Advisor

You are an established Health & Safety professional with an extensive background in Turnarounds and Industrial Maintenance.You will play a key role in the execution and implementation of a diverse range of health and safety programs and can expect to work on challenging industrial turnaround projects with diverse and collaborative teams to meet and exceed Ledcor’s safety standards. Essential Responsibilities: Conduct inspections of the work area and meet with field supervisors to discuss any potential problems: help to ensure the adequate supply of safety equipment, such as protective equipment, fire extinguishers, respirators, etc. Advise operations regarding Ledcor's Health and Safety Management System, based on a solid understanding of program execution throughout the project lifecycle Monitor compliance with jurisdictional regulatory requirements Assists in the coordination and completion of safe work procedures, hazard assessments, safety inspections, focus audits and incident investigations Verify compliance wit
