Come join our True Blue team today and forge ahead in Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON!\nEssential Responsibilities:\nDevelop 3D civil infrastructure models (roads, bridges, earthworks, utilities, etc.) from engineering drawings and technical specifications\nProduce construction drawings and deliverables from digital models\nPerform model-based quantity take-offs, volume calculations, and cost-related analysis to support estimating and project planning.\nSupport model-based project coordination with engineering, survey, and construction teams\nIdentify and resolve modelling or design discrepancies in collaboration with the project team\nGather and incorporate design and survey information from project stakeholders into the digital model environment.\nConduct clash detections and assist in developing solutions with the project team\nIntegrate and manage 3D laser scan/point cloud data for modelling and project coordination\nSupport digital document management and model control processes, including file organization and version tracking\nQualifications:\n10+ years of experience in civil infrastructure modelling, with strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D\nExperience with Trimble Business Center, Navisworks and parametric modelling is beneficial\nEducational background in civil engineering, surveying, geomatics, or a related discipline is considered an asset\nExperience supporting civil infrastructure or heavy civil construction projects\nExperience with Dynamo, Python scripting or workflow automation tools is considered an asset\nExperience developing 4D simulations using Navisworks, Fuzor, Synchro or similar tools is considered an asset\nKnowledge of BIM implementation practices is advantageous.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in models, drawings, and project data\nExcellent communication, planning, and organizational skills\nComfortable working in a team environment, self-motivated, and eager to learn and take on new challenges\nWork Conditions:\nOffice and site based position\n40 hrs per week, Monday to Friday\nCompensation\n$81,450.00 - $108,600.00This is the expected base pay range for this role.
