While supporting the maintenance technicians, supervisors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, the Maintenance\nCome join our True Blue team today!\nEssential Responsibilities:\nPerforms short- and long-range equipment maintenance planning, scheduling, and budgeting.\nCoordinates maintenance activities and crew schedules to support operational priorities and minimize equipment downtime.\nParticipates in implementation and execution delivery of preventive maintenance programs using applicable maintenance-management software.\nPerforms reviews of maintenance histories and breakdown data to identify trends and help prevent recurring equipment failures.\nCoordinates oil-analysis activities, reviews results, and initiates required follow-up maintenance actions.\nPerforms inspections of equipment and parts to assess condition, identify maintenance requirements, and confirm readiness for service.\nPerforms parts and materials research using systems such as SIS, JD Parts, and MyKomatsu. Coordinates the procurement, handling, and timely delivery of parts, materials, tools, and filters required for scheduled and unplanned maintenance work. Administers maintenance inventory and maintains accurate tool, filter, parts, and equipment-specific reference lists and documentation. Supports maintenance personnel by addressing material shortages, procurement issues, and parts-availability concerns.\nAdministers the creation, prioritization, processing, and closure of maintenance work orders. Supports craft maintenance technicians by ensuring required labour, parts, tools, work packages, and technical documentation are available for planned work.\nAdministers maintenance reports, spreadsheets, records, and supporting documentation using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and applicable maintenance systems.\nDelivers timely updates regarding maintenance status, equipment concerns, schedule changes, resource requirements, and emerging risks.\nCoordinates communication among maintenance technicians, supervisors, management, operations personnel, suppliers, and other stakeholders.\nCoordinates maintenance-related logistics in accordance with company policies, safety standards, guidelines, and applicable regulations.\nAdministers documentation supporting National Safety Code (NSC) compliance and other applicable regulatory requirements.\nCoordinates the planning, resources, and paperwork required to prepare for critical lifts.\nSupports compliance with safety, quality, permitting, and documentation requirements for maintenance activities.\nAdvises maintenance personnel, supervisors, and management of identified safety, quality, or compliance concerns.\nProficiency with preventive maintenance software.\nAssist with organizing crews, equipment assignments, and work area logistics\nPerform site visits to monitor progress, verify work quality, and resolve any issues on-site\nEnsure that all work activities are completed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards\nQualifications:\nExperience with material handling and procurement using SIS, JD Parts, and MyKomatsu.\nProficiency with work-order creation and management using Microsoft Excel and Word.\nAbility to analyze maintenance histories and recurring equipment-breakdown trends.\nStrong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.\nWork Condition:\nThis is a site based position\nAdditional Information\nThe Ledcor Group of Companies is one of North America’s most diversified construction companies.
