You’re a team player who ensures the well-being of others and lends a hand where needed.Apply today to join our Mining team in Idaho!\nEssential Responsibilities\nDevelops maintenance schedules and equipment rotation schedules in accordance with operational requirements\nEnsures required equipment availabilities are met, and any deviations are immediately reported to Maintenance Superintendent.\nConducts post-shutdown reviews to identify technical improvement opportunities and cost efficiencies\nDevelops systems and processes that are consistent with operational requirements and best practices\nEnsures the required parts and supplies are on hand to complete required work including managing the ordering process and receipt of materials\nEnsures parts and supplies inventory tracking is up to date with storage areas organized.\nAble to fill in for Maintenance Superintendent when needed.\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 4 years related maintenance experience supporting heavy equipment\nExperience supporting Cat, Komatsu and Hitachi equipment\nSound knowledge of maintenance management systems and project planning\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills supporting preventative maintenance\nMust have strong written and oral communication skills\nExcellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to re-deploy based on equipment availability\nProficient in the use of computer systems including Microsoft office and other costs systems (JDE and Coupa)\nWorking knowledge of OEM maintenance systems\nWork Conditions\nRotational FIFO.
