When you join our True Blue team, you’re part of something bigger.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nCoordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to support site operations\nTrack material inventory levels and ensure availability for critical path activities\nInterface with procurement, vendors, and field teams to align material deliveries\nVerify materials against purchase orders, specifications, and packing lists\nMaintain accurate inventory records and material tracking systems\nCoordinate staging, laydown areas, and material logistics on site\nIdentify and resolve material shortages or discrepancies\nSupport expediting activities to ensure timely material delivery\nEnsure compliance with safety and handling requirements for materials\nAssist with reporting and documentation related to materials management\nQualifications:\nExperience in materials coordination, logistics, or warehouse operations in industrial environments\nKnowledge of construction materials, especially mechanical or structural components\nStrong organizational and tracking skills\nExperience with inventory systems and documentation\nAbility to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills\nCommitment to safety and proper material handling practices\nWork Conditions:\nSite-based position\nAdditional Information\nThe Ledcor Group of Companies is one of North America’s most diversified construction companies.
