The successful candidate will ensure materials are accurately received, free from damage, properly documented, and stored in designated locations to support efficient project execution.Join the True Blue Ledcor team in Fort Saskatchewan, AB!\nLearn more about working at Ledcor - watch here\nEssential Responsibilities \nReceive incoming materials, equipment, and project deliveries\nVerify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and delivery documentation\nInspect materials for damage, defects, or missing components upon arrival\nEnsure all parts, quantities, and required documentation are complete and accurate\nOrganize and label materials in accordance with site procedures\nCoordinate and store materials in designated storage locations\nTrack material movement and maintain inventory accuracy\nCommunicate discrepancies, shortages, damages, and quality concerns to project personnel\nSupport material preservation and Ledcor housekeeping standards\nAdhere to all Ledcor and project safety policies, procedures, and site requirements\nQualifications\nProvincially recognized materials technician journeyperson certification preferred\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in materials management, warehouse operations, or material receiving within industrial construction environments \nForklift and telehandler experience and tickets an asset\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced field environment\nPhysically capable of walking site locations and working outdoors in varying weather conditions\nAbility to work in a fast-paced industrial or construction environment\nValid issued government photo Identification\nProject-specific online orientations must be completed\nWork Conditions\n10 days on, 4 days off rotational schedule\nExtended health benefits provided through CLAC\nWeekly payment of wages\nWork in all weather conditions year-round and willing to lend a hand where needed\nCandidates must reside in the Greater Edmonton Region\nAdditional Information\nLedcor builds and maintains infrastructure in various industries including oil and gas, transportation, and mining.
