Providing functional leadership and direction to Network Engineers, guiding the execution of business strategies and goals.\nJoin our Ledcor Information Systems team in Vancouver, BC!\nEssential Responsibilities:\nPartner with the Sr. Manager, End User Services to develop and execute enterprise network operations strategies, governance frameworks, and operational standards aligned with business, security, resiliency, and technology objectives\nProvide strategic and technical leadership to ensure the performance, availability, reliability, and continuous improvement of enterprise network and communications infrastructure\nAnalyze network performance, service trends, operational risks, and emerging technologies to influence priorities, strategy, and long-term operational resilience\nLead network operations processes, including incident, problem, change, and service restoration management, while driving operational excellence and service maturity\nProvide technical leadership for enterprise networking services, including LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, Azure networking, Fortinet security solutions, and enterprise connectivity services\nDirect vendor, ISP, telecommunications, and partner relationships, ensuring reliable connectivity, effective service delivery, and strong operational performance\nDevelop, implement, and maintain network standards, documentation, monitoring, governance, and operational procedures to support consistent service delivery\nLead the resolution of complex network challenges, driving automation, continuous improvement, and scalable solutions that enhance stability, security, and operational efficiency\nCollaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable network services aligned with organizational priorities\nQualifications:\nMinimum 8 years of experience in enterprise network operations, infrastructure support, and IT service management\nMinimum 6 years of experience leading network operations teams in complex enterprise environments\nMinimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise network architecture, connectivity services, cloud networking, and security solutions\nMinimum 5 years of experience managing ISP, telecommunications, and third-party vendor relationships\nMinimum 5 years of experience in incident, problem, and change management, governance, and continuous service improvement\nMinimum 5 years of experience supporting hybrid cloud environments, Azure networking, enterprise integrations, and business-critical network services\nStrong technical expertise in firewalls, SD-WAN, secure connectivity, Fortinet technologies (including FortiGate), and cloud networking solutions\nProven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams while building effective relationships with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders\nExcellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into business impacts and recommendations\nWorking Conditions:\nRemote position with the flexibility of attending the office as business needs require\nCompensation\n$121,200.00 - $166,650.00This is the expected base pay range for this role.
