You will support the operations team in maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Watch Ledcor’s Innovation, Culture, and Community video to see what it's like working for Ledcor and apply today to join our Building’s Construction team in Regina!\nEssential Responsibilities:\nSupported project health, safety, and environmental compliance by implementing project safety procedures and maintaining OH&S standards\n\nManaged RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and inspection scheduling to ensure timely project coordination\n\nMaintained project documentation, filing systems, drawings, and correspondence within the document management system\n\nAssisted with project billing, cost tracking, and administrative coordination for project start-up and closeout\n\nCoordinated change order pricing, subcontractor documentation, and purchase orders for Project Manager review\n\nTracked project milestones, schedules, and quality control requirements to support successful project delivery\n\nPrepared project closeout documentation, including warranties, O&M manuals, turnover packages, and archived records\n\nQualifications:\n1-5 years of related work experience or combination of relevant education and experience\n\nCompleted post-secondary education in Construction, Engineering or related discipline an asset\n\nWorking knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications and current construction practices and methodology\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills to address stakeholder needs\n\nStrong computer skills with an aptitude for learning new programs; familiar with scheduling software\n\nSuccessful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol test\n\nWork Conditions:\nSite based position\n\nAdditional Information\nLedcor Building offers full-service construction for commercial, residential, institutional, and light industrial projects, along with expertise in green building.
