You’ll play a key role in ensuring project controls, communication, and daily operations run efficiently.\nIf you’re a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to grow your career in foundations construction, this is your opportunity.\nCome join our team today!\nEssential Responsibilities:\nSupport daily project coordination activities, including document control, reporting, and communication between field and office teams\nAssist with tracking project costs, quantities, and productivity to support budget monitoring and forecasting\nHelp develop and maintain project schedules, including progress updates and milestone tracking\nCoordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and subcontractor activities to align with project timelines\nPrepare and maintain project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports\nAssist with subcontract administration, including reviewing invoices, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements\nSupport implementation of project systems, procedures, and controls at project start-up and throughout execution\nQualifications:\nPost-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline\n3+ years of experience in project coordination, field engineering, or similar roles within foundations, piling, or heavy civil construction\nBasic understanding of project controls processes including cost tracking, scheduling, and reporting\nExperience with construction software such as Primavera P6, Excel, and document management systems\nFamiliarity with foundations construction methods (piling, drilling, shoring, ground improvement) is an asset\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, site-based environment\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams\nWork Conditions:\nThis is a site based position\nAdditional Information\nThe Ledcor Group of Companies is one of North America’s most diversified construction companies.
