You will join a team that values collaboration, accountability, and pride in building essential infrastructure.\nIf you are ready to shape how pipeline work is planned and executed, your next opportunity starts here.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nDevelop, maintain, and control detailed pipeline construction schedules using TILOS and Primavera P6, from early planning through project completion\nBuild and maintain time-location schedules that clearly illustrate pipeline spread movement, production rates, work fronts, crew flow, and geographic constraints\nEstablish pipeline construction logic and sequencing with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, Field Leadership, and Project Controls\nIntegrate engineering, procurement, access, environmental, construction, testing, commissioning, and restoration activities into cohesive schedules\nTrack field progress and update TILOS and P6 schedules to reflect quantities, productivity, constraints, and forecast completion dates\nIdentify critical path activities, schedule risks, crew conflicts, access limitations, and potential delays; recommend mitigation and recovery strategies\nAlign TILOS time-location plans with the Primavera P6 master schedule, including logic, milestones, progress, and forecasting\nDevelop look-ahead schedules, production curves, progress reports, schedule narratives, and visual time-location reporting\nCollaborate with Project Controls on progress measurement, quantity tracking, forecasting, earned value, and schedule performance analysis\nMaintain baselines and evaluate schedule impacts from scope changes, weather, access restrictions, environmental windows, and field delays\nParticipate in construction coordination meetings, planning sessions, schedule reviews, and client progress meetings\nSupport Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality objectives through realistic sequencing, and assist with schedule close-out\nQualifications:\nEngineering Degree, Engineering Technology designation, or equivalent pipeline construction, project controls, or scheduling experience\n2+ years of experience in planning and scheduling for pipeline construction projects, with strong knowledge of linear construction and spread-based execution\nAdvanced proficiency with TILOS and Primavera P6, including the ability to integrate time-location schedules with detailed critical path schedules\nStrong understanding of pipeline construction methods, sequencing, production rates, crew flow, and activities from clearing through commissioning\nAbility to interpret pipeline alignment sheets, route maps, construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and execution plans\nProven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess schedule impacts, identify trends, and recommend practical solutions\nStrong communication skills with confidence presenting schedule information to project leadership, field teams, subcontractors, and clients\nDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic pipeline construction environment\nWork Conditions:\nSite-based position\nAdditional Information\nThe Ledcor Group of Companies is one of North America’s most diversified construction companies.
