You have a knack for sourcing and maintaining robust talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring demands.\nJoin the Ledcor team in Toronto, Ontario today!\nEssential Responsibilities:\nProvide full-cycle recruitment support, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation aligned with hiring plans\nProactively identify and engage active and passive candidates using traditional and innovative sourcing methods\nLeverage digital tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, networking) to attract top talent across diverse markets\nBuild and maintain robust talent pipelines to support current and future business needs\nPartner with business leaders to develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with short- and long-term growth objectives\nLead recruitment efforts for specialized functions, including the building construction and rail infrastructure divisions\nDevelop competency-based screening and behavioral interview guides to assess role fit and alignment with company values\nUtilize recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to optimize sourcing strategies, track performance, and meet hiring KPIs\nPromote employer branding through attending networking events, campus outreach, trade shows, and talent campaigns\nCollaborate closely with internal HR partners and hiring managers to deliver a consistent, positive candidate and stakeholder experience\nQualifications:\n5+ years of agency recruitment experience, successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes, client accounts, business development activities, and candidate relationships.\nExperience recruiting in ICI, high rise residential, major projects building construction and rail infrastructure industry is strongly preferred\nAbility to work independently and remotely by managing priorities appropriately\nWillingness to represent Ledcor and attend construction industry networking events as required\nDemonstrated experience in full cycle recruitment, including proactive candidate sourcing\nProven ability to build strong relationships with multiple business leaders, and influence decisions related to recruitment and hiring practices\nExceptional candidate relationship management skills with the ability to build and grow connections\nAbility to manage time and deliver results for multiple business units with competing priorities\nExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written along with experience communicating effectively to a diverse customer group is essential\nStrong collaboration, facilitation, presentation, coaching and influencing skills\nWorking Conditions:\nThis is a hybrid position with 1-2 days per week attending the office, with the flexibility of additionally attending the office as the business requires\nTravel across GTA for construction site visits, and attending networking and industry events\n#LI-NC1\nCompensation\n$76,400.00 - $105,050.00This is the expected base pay range for this role.
