Apply today to join the Summit Air team in Yellowknife!\nEssential Responsibilities\nCollects and validates maintenance reliability data and develops reports for the Reliability Program for each aircraft type through liaising with Flight Operations, OCC, Dispatch, and Maintenance Control.\nAnalyzes and evaluates aircraft and component technical performance to determine if any unsatisfactory trends or conditions exist. Makes recommendations to the Director of Maintenance based on data to reduce repair costs for parts and increase dispatch reliability.\nEvaluates trend data related to Aircraft Technical Avionics (ATAs) and aircraft systems. Based on the analysis and with guidance from the Director of Safety & PMSMS, provides recommendations to the Director of Maintenance regarding specific ATAs and aircraft systems that should be the focus for technical recurrent training.\nReviews aircraft MSAs annually and provides recommendations on changes to the Director of Maintenance to ensure the reliability and airworthiness of the aircraft.\nReviews and assesses the effectiveness of previously implemented Service Bulletins, Mod-sums, and Best Practices.\nWork with the Flight Safety Officer to manage the maintenance events associated with the Flight Data Monitoring program.\nMinimum Qualifications / Education\nCompletion of a two- or three-year college program or equivalent in industrial engineering technology, manufacturing technology, or a related discipline.\n2+ years of work experience in reliability programs.\nSkill Requirements\nProven proficiency in the MS Office suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel.\nProficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.\nHighly analytical, with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to manage high volumes of documentation and paperwork.\nWork Conditions\nMonday to Friday, 40 hours per week, full-time.\nThose local to Yellowknife will be given preference.\nCompensation\n$81,120-$85,000 annually.\nAdditional Information\nSummit Air, a member of the Ledcor Group of Companies, delivers customized fleet and aviation solutions safely and reliably to support Canada's North and beyond.
