You will work collaboratively with HR Centres of Excellence and Shared Services teams to bring enterprise programs to life while adapting solutions to meet the unique needs of the business.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nBuild strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders, providing strategic advice and practical solutions on complex people and organizational matters.\nPartner with leaders on workforce planning, performance management, career development, employee engagement, talent management, inclusion and diversity, and other key people initiatives.\nProvide guidance on complex and sensitive employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, workplace investigations, performance concerns, and organizational changes.\nAnalyze workforce data and trends to identify opportunities, anticipate business needs, and support data-informed people decisions.\nPartner with business leaders through organizational growth, new operating models, changing workforce requirements, and entry into new markets.\nLead and support change management initiatives, helping leaders and employees successfully navigate and sustain organizational change.\nCollaborate closely with HR Centres of Excellence and Shared Services, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Talent Management, to deliver consistent and effective HR programs and solutions.\nSupport the implementation and communication of enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives within the business.\nParticipate in and, where appropriate, lead HR projects and initiatives that support broader organizational priorities.\nQualifications:\nDiploma or degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience within a large or complex organization.\nDemonstrated experience advising and influencing senior operational leaders in a consultative business-partnering capacity.\nStrong knowledge of HR practices across employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational change.\nDemonstrated experience handling complex and sensitive employee relations matters and workplace investigations.\nStrong knowledge of applicable employment standards and human rights legislation.\nExperience using workforce data and analytics to identify trends, provide insights, and support business decisions.\nProven ability to lead and support organizational change; change management certification is considered an asset.\nStrong coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and credibility to influence and challenge leaders when appropriate.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment.\nWork Conditions:\nThis is a hybrid role, combining remote work, office-based work, and regular in-person support at operational and project locations.\nRegular travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) will be required to support leaders, employees, and project/site teams.\nOccasional travel outside the GTA may be required based on business needs.\n#LI-NC1\nCompensation\n$92,800.00 - $127,600.00This is the expected base pay range for this role.
