You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget, and in alignment with the industry's highest quality and safety standards. In this senior-level capacity, you will provide strategic direction, lead cross-functional teams, optimize operational performance, and contribute to a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nJoin our True-Blue team and help lead the development of the networks of tomorrow.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nChampion and uphold Ledcor’s safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sites\n\nLead the planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds\n\nManage risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle\n\nLead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities\n\nOversee the project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologies\n\nLead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications\n\nCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services\n\nNegotiate contract execution and change order management\n\nHelp establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation\n\nQualifications:\n8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure builds\n\nEducation in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted)\n\nStrong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes)\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders\n\nExperience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus\n\nWorking Conditions:\nThis position is primarily hybrid. Remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates based on experience, location, and business needs.\n\nCompensation\n$100,000-$137,500 AnnuallySite or project-based roles may be eligible for additional pay elements\nThis is the expected base pay range for this role.
