You’ll partner closely with engineering teams to resolve complex permitting and zoning challenges, lead a team of site acquisition professionals, and manage project milestones and forecasts to keep work progressing on schedule.\nJoin our Ledcor Technical Services team today!\nEssential Responsibilities\nOversee the procurement of all necessary land use approvals (local, state, and/or federal) for a portfolio of telecommunications sites across multiple scopes.\nAccountable for coordinating all internal and external activities in order to forecast permit submittals and approvals in an accurate manner.\nActs as a subject matter expert in telecom permitting and within local market working in.\nFull cycle of New Site Build site acquisition subject matter expert\nLead and develop a team of site acquisition specialists across multiple disciplines\nOversees document control and ensures compliance with customer requirements.\nExecutes Quality Plan, ensures accuracy of information, documents, deliverables, and forecasts provided to client.\nResolves complex zoning and/or permitting issues.\nActs as an expediter in ability to decrease turnaround times from submittal to receipt.\nNegotiates ground lease terms and utility easements with landowners.\nWork safely and independently.\nFull Profit & Loss responsibility\nTravel required between 25-50%\nQualifications\nDiploma or Degree from a recognized program, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n10+ years of experience leading and scaling teams\n10+ years of telecommunications permitting experience, including both right of way and leasing experience\nAbility to understand zoning codes and real estate documents\nAbility to read and comprehend legal documents such as surveys, ground leases, easements, deeds, land purchase contracts, mortgages, title policies, subordination, and CAD drawings\nExcellent organizational, planning skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks\nDemonstrated knowledge in basic project management principles\nAbility to set strategy and execute it on-time\nAbility to read and negotiate contracts\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines\nStrong interpersonal, communication and written skills\nStrong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point\nFamiliar using/navigating within industry standard GIS systems\nSuccessful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug & alcohol requirements\nCompensation\n$92,800.00 - $127,600.00This is the expected base pay range for this role.
