This position involves site acquisition, leasing, regulatory coordination, municipal and jurisdictional planning, permitting, and zoning. You’ll work closely with architectural and engineering teams, land surveyors, and project managers to ensure seamless coordination and successful site acquisition for critical network routes.\nJoin our Ledcor Technical Services team and help us build the backbone of tomorrow’s connectivity!\nKey Res ponsibilities:\nNegotiate leases with landowners and clients, including site investigations and document preparation\n\nOversee zoning and permitting processes; secure all necessary approvals associated with telecom routes\n\nDevelop and manage Site Candidate Information Packages (SCIP) and coordinate site requirements\n\nPrepare and monitor site budgets and schedules to ensure timely project delivery\n\nCoordinate power to sites and manage easements, title reviews, and survey evaluations\n\nReview and interpret purchase agreements and other legal documents\n\nBuild strong relationships with landowners and stakeholders to facilitate smooth acquisition processes\n\nQualifications:\n2-5 years of site acquisition experience\n\nExperience with lease and survey reviews and zoning/permit approvals for telecom or utility projects\n\nStrong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills\n\nAbility to motivate and mentor team members\n\nEffective presentation skills for zoning hearings\n\nIndependent management of schedules and priorities\n\nReview and understand construction drawings\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel\n\nWorking Conditions\nApproximately 20% travel required to various Ledcor project sites and offices\n\nWe're thrilled to announce the opening of our new office in Florence, Kentucky soon to become our central hub for collaboration and growth.
