The role leads site personnel and service delivery across critical facilities, submarine network operations, incident and change management, vendor performance, compliance, reporting and customer governance. The supervisor establishes clear operational controls, maintains 24/7 coverage and ensures work is executed through approved tickets, procedures and trained personnel.\nApply today to join the Ledcor Technical Services team!\nEssential Responsibilities:\nLead overall site operations and people management, including staffing, scheduling, on-call coverage, training completion, competency, performance expectations and a strong safety and compliance culture\nManage day-to-day service delivery and customer relationships, including operational integrity, incident escalation, NOC partnership, SLA performance, reporting, corrective actions and regular customer communications\nImplement and maintain the site O&M program, operating procedures, inspection regimes, emergency-response plan, risk controls and continuous-improvement initiatives in alignment with customer standards\nManage critical-facility and network maintenance programs, installations, commissioning, changes, major incidents and restoration, ensuring appropriate prioritization, authorization and documentation\nOversee vendors, contracts, utilities, spares, procurement support, calibration, logistics, audit readiness, security, environmental compliance and OpEx/CapEx forecasting support\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in operational leadership, telecommunications, critical facilities, data centers, network operations or other high-availability infrastructure\nCable landing station, submarine network, optical transport, PFE or critical-infrastructure experience\nProven ability managing technical employees, 24/7 coverage, incidents, vendors, maintenance programs, customer commitments and operational risk\nBackground working with ticket-driven service management, change control, reporting, audits and corrective-action management\nOperational leadership across multidisciplinary technical work with accountability for safety, service, cost, quality and customer outcomes\nWorking knowledge of critical facilities, optical/network operations and incident, problem, change and risk management\nAbility to translate contract requirements into staffing, procedures, controls, reports and corrective actions\nStrong customer communication, escalation management, vendor oversight, budgeting and audit-readiness skills\nMust complete customer-required screening, maintain access eligibility and complete role-specific training\nWork Conditions:\nComfortable with secure cable landing station, data hall, equipment-room, office and outside-plant environments, including controlled-access areas with exposure to energized equipment, noise, temperature variation and coastal weather\nAble to meet the physical requirements of the position which include regular site walkdowns and ability to access operational areas\nOccasional travel may be required for training, certification or support of other customer locations\n Additional Information\nLedcor Technical Services (LTS) designs, builds, and maintains wireline or wireless networks that span North America and beyond.
