Everyone benefits handsomely from Ledgebrook’s success.\nAbout the Role\nLedgebrook is seeking an experienced SeniorData Quality Analyst to join our Product & Data team. On this team, you’ll lead analytical efforts to analyze complex data to ensure its integrity and accuracy. You will play a key role in driving organizational trust in reporting and analytics and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.\nYou'll collaborate with engineering, data excellence, pricing and analytics, finance, and compliance teams to improve data quality across the business.\nWhat You'll Do:\nInvestigate and resolve data issues: Run deep-dive investigations to identify, trace, and resolve the root cause of data discrepancies for stakeholders across product, finance, actuarial, and analytics.\nStrengthen controls: Find gaps and implement data validations, reconciliations, and controls that improve data quality over time.\nMonitor data health: Build and maintain automated checks to track the integrity of policy, premium, and claims data.\nBridge business and engineering: Translate business requirements into clear specifications for Data Engineering, and help define and document shared data definitions.\nScale our data foundation: Design data workflows and system integrations that support Ledgebrook's growth from MGA to full-stack carrier.\nAbout you\nWe love working with people who are eager to learn constantly and genuinely excited about the chaotic, rewarding process of building a company from the ground up.\nYou’ll be a great fit if you bring:\nA Strong Moral Compass: You believe in doing the right thing, period.
