The Marketplaces team owns the Amazon channel end to end, from catalogue and inventory management to ads campaign management. You’ll lead our ads performance and bring a builder’s mindset to the whole channel: using data and AI to scale what works and automate our Amazon processes, from ads to operations.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nAmazon advertising management: own and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP campaigns across our markets, with one goal: prove and drive incremental revenue, not just efficient spend; use Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to understand our audiences and buyers and measure what our ads really bring.\n\nProcess automation: rebuild our largely manual Amazon workflows (bid management, reporting, budget pacing, promo checks) into automated, scalable processes, leveraging AI tools and scripting rather than spreadsheets.\n\nData & reporting: collaborate closely with the data team to build and maintain dashboards and trackers monitoring ads performance and promotional impact, turning raw data into clear recommendations for leadership.\n\nPromotions: manage promotional calendars across marketplaces to maximize conversion and defend competitive position.\n\nTooling & partner evaluation: continuously benchmark and test third party tools, agencies and tech partners (audiences analytics, competitive intelligence, etc.) to identify the best stack for scale.\n\nCross functional collaboration: work closely with the operations/catalog team, brand, and finance teams to align ads strategy with inventory, listings, and budget realities.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n2+ years of experience in performance marketing or data analysis, or, with a strong analytical mindset (Amazon Ads experience is a plus, not a requirement)\n\nStrong appetite for AI is a must, with dashboards, reportings or automated processes you’ve built using AI tools\n\nComfortable owning manual workflows and turning them into repeatable systems\n\nExcellent organizational skills\n\nFluent in English; the role is based in Paris, and English is a prerequisite for both social and work life in our office\n\nNice to have:\nHands on experience with Amazon Ads console / Seller Central / Vendor Central\n\nInterest in Web3/crypto\n\nAt Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits.
