excessive consumption.\n\nPrepare periodic reports on fleet utilization, maintenance costs, fuel consumption, and vehicle status.\n\nEnsure drivers comply with company policies, traffic regulations, and vehicle usage procedures.\n\nFollow up on vehicle handovers, inspections, and the condition of vehicles assigned to projects.\n\nSupport the Fleet Manager in improving fleet efficiency and controlling operating costs.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.\n\n1–3 years of experience in fleet coordination, transportation, logistics, or a similar role.\n\nExperience in Facility Management, Contracting, or a multi-site operational environment is an advantage.\n\nGood knowledge of licensing procedures, and fleet documentation.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.\n\nExperience with fleet management systems or ERP systems is an advantage.\n\nGood command of English is
